WooCommerce AfterShip is a premium extension for online stores built with WordPress and WooCommerce that connects your orders with the AfterShip shipping tracking service. Its main goal is to provide your customers with clear, visual, and centralized tracking information, significantly improving the shopping experience and reducing manual inquiries about order status.

The plugin works simply and intuitively: through the WooCommerce AfterShip menu, you enter your AfterShip API key, select the shipping carriers you will use, and from the order details page in the admin panel, enter the tracking information. From there, the plugin automatically keeps you updated on the shipment status and displays visual timelines on the order details page in the frontend for each associated tracking code.

Among its most notable features are the shipment progress timelines, which are displayed on each order details page for each tracking code entered by the administrator. Additionally, trackings can be added, edited, and deleted directly from the order list, streamlining daily management.

The plugin includes a special shortcode [wcafw_order_status] that allows tracking any order from any page of your site. This shortcode generates a form where the user can enter the order ID and load the shipment timelines, a functionality especially useful for guest customers who cannot access their profile pages.

Tracking information is automatically embedded in all WooCommerce notification emails when the order reaches the completed status. You can configure which status the plugin should consider to embed the tracking information and customize the message included in the emails. It is also possible to send active email notifications with tracking information, with templates localizable via WPML and customizable from the Email menu.

Additionally, the plugin offers data import via CSV files, allowing you to load your information in a few clicks by following the instructions in the import section.
