Gravity Flow Stripe Extension

Gravity Flow Stripe Extension is an official Gravity Flow add-on that integrates Stripe payments into automated workflows based on Gravity Forms. It is designed for organizations and teams that need to combine data collection with payment processing in a single process, without relying on manual tasks or scattered systems.

The extension enables workflows to manage payments end-to-end: authorize a payment during the initial form submission (pre-orders), capture or cancel the charge at a later date, process refunds, and create or cancel recurring subscriptions. For example, a form can capture card details and authorize the payment, then go through user input and approval steps, and finally capture the payment when the process is complete.

It includes four workflow step types: capture payment, cancel payment, refund payment, and cancel subscription. Each can be integrated with Gravity Flow's conditional logic so that workflow progression depends on the payment status, whether success, failure, or pending confirmation. This is especially useful for processes such as subscription approvals, payment requests, donation management, and any operation that requires staged or conditional charges.

The extension works in conjunction with the Gravity Forms Stripe Add-On and existing form feeds, so it does not require restructuring current forms. Administrators can configure Stripe credentials and payment steps directly from the WordPress dashboard, maintaining clear and traceable control over each transaction.

With this integration, organizations can automate the entire collection and approval cycle, reduce manual effort, improve transparency in tracking each entry, and align payment processes with internal business operations.
