Directorist Listings Slider and Carousel

Directorist Listings Slider and Carousel is an official extension of the Directorist ecosystem that allows you to display your directory site's listings through attractive, highly customizable sliders and carousels. Designed for directory administrators who want to present their listings in a visually striking way, this tool transforms how visitors explore your site's content.

The extension offers total control over the presentation of your listings. You can choose between slider or carousel mode, define the exact number of listings to display, and select the type of listing you want to highlight, whether it's the most recent, most popular, top-rated, or alphabetically ordered. Additionally, you have the freedom to customize image dimensions, adjusting the width and height of both the slider and carousel to perfectly fit your site's design.

Among its most notable features is the ability to show or hide titles, excerpts, and navigation, as well as customize the excerpt length for each listing. You can also enable thumbnails in the slider and configure the number of columns to display on desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring an optimal experience on any device. Autoplay control and its speed allow you to create dynamic presentations that effortlessly capture users' attention.

The extension includes more than 15 shortcode attributes for the slider and more than 25 for the carousel, giving you exceptional flexibility to insert these elements into any page, post, custom template, or even your site's widget section. You can filter listings by categories, tags, locations, or specific IDs, as well as highlight only featured or sponsored listings.

By presenting your listings in an organized and attractive way, this extension not only improves your visitors' browsing experience but also increases the chances of conversion, boosting paid listing submissions and, consequently, increasing your revenue. It is the ideal solution for business directory sites, classifieds, real estate, services, and any platform that uses Directorist as its foundation.
