AutomatorWP Newsletter

AutomatorWP Newsletter is an addon of the AutomatorWP ecosystem that connects powerful WordPress automations with newsletter management and email campaigns. It is designed for website owners, agencies, and digital marketing professionals who want to unify their communication flows with the actions that occur within their site.

This addon allows every relevant event on your WordPress —such as a subscription, a purchase, a user registration, or any configurable interaction— to automatically trigger actions within your newsletter strategy. For example, you can automatically add new subscribers to specific lists, send personalized welcome emails, segment contacts based on their behavior on the site, or update your list data without manual intervention.

The integration works bidirectionally: not only can you send data from your website to your newsletter system, but you can also use events from the email system itself to trigger other automations within AutomatorWP. This creates a coherent communication ecosystem where each user action generates the appropriate response at the right time.

Its main benefits include:

• Time savings: eliminates repetitive manual tasks of list management and sending.
• Smart segmentation: automatically classifies your contacts based on their actions on the site.
• Scalable personalization: each subscriber receives relevant communications based on their real behavior.
• Visual flows: configure automations through an intuitive visual interface, without the need for code.
• Broad compatibility: integrates with the main newsletter plugins of the WordPress ecosystem.

AutomatorWP Newsletter is the ideal solution for those who already use AutomatorWP and want to take their email marketing strategy to the next level, connecting every point of contact with the user within an automated and coherent flow.
