wpDiscuz – Widgets

wpDiscuz – Widgets is a premium extension of the popular wpDiscuz comment system, developed by the gVectors team. This addon transforms your WordPress site's widget areas into true interaction hubs, visually and attractively displaying all the activity generated by your reader community.

The plugin includes six widgets specifically designed to highlight the best of your site: most voted comments, most active discussion threads, posts with the most comments, recent comments, top-rated posts, and most active comment authors. Each widget can be displayed independently or combined in a tabbed design that groups several of them into a single compact block, ideal for sidebars and footers.

Configuration is highly flexible. You can enable or disable each tab individually, define the title of each widget, the number of items to display, and the time period for calculating featured results. Additionally, it offers extensive visual customization options: background colors and icons, widths, margins, and spacing, allowing each widget to integrate perfectly with your site's design.

All widgets are fully responsive and look impeccable on any screen size, from mobile to desktop monitors. They are also prepared for right-to-left (RTL) sites, making them suitable for international audiences.

This addon is designed for blogs, digital magazines, news sites, and any community platform that wants to give visibility to user conversations. By highlighting the most valuable comments and the most active participants, it encourages ongoing participation and creates a virtuous cycle of engagement that benefits both content creators and visitors.

Installation is simple: upload it like any WordPress plugin, activate it, and drag the widget to the desired area from the Appearance panel. Advanced configuration is managed from wpDiscuz settings, in the addons tab. It requires at least wpDiscuz version 7.0.0 to function correctly.

If you're looking to bring your site's widget areas to life and turn comments into a visual asset that drives interaction, wpDiscuz – Widgets is the ideal solution.
