Teams for WooCommerce Memberships is a specialized extension that adds B2B functionality to WooCommerce Memberships, allowing your store to sell memberships for teams, groups, companies, or families instead of just individual users. Developed by SkyVerge, this tool transforms existing membership plans into products sold by seats or blocks, ideal for online academies, corporate training, private intranets, and group subscription programs.

With this extension, a single owner manages all team billing and can share access with the members they invite. The purchase process is as seamless as any other product in your store: the buyer purchases a team product, defines the group name, and selects the number of seats needed. You can configure pricing per member (e.g., €15 per user) or per team (e.g., €1,000 for 500 seats), as well as set an optional minimum and maximum number of seats.

Team products can be sold as simple or variable products, and even as simple or variable subscriptions, allowing recurring billing for your group memberships. If the owner cancels or stops the subscription, all team members lose access automatically, keeping the entire group linked to a single billing record.

Once the purchase is made, the owner can add new members directly from the account area of your site via a public invitation link or by sending email invitations. Additionally, they can grant manager permissions to other team members to help invite new people, making it easier to manage large groups.

Store administrators also have complete management tools: they can view a list of all teams, inspect a team in detail, modify attributes such as the maximum number of seats, or add and remove members manually from the site's dashboard.
