Once the exemption is approved, the tax is automatically removed from future orders, or a checkbox is displayed at checkout for the customer to decide whether to apply the exemption on each order. The plugin also allows guest users to request the exemption during the purchase process, showing a customizable notice about the availability of this option.

Key features include customization of form fields, display of request status (pending, rejected, or approved) in My Account, review of requests from the back office, addition of expiration dates, and display of exemption details on the order page for both the administrator and the customer, as well as in order emails.

The plugin also sends automatic email notifications to both the administrator and the customer when a form is submitted, when a request is approved or rejected, and when the exemption status expires. All content of these notifications is customizable.
