SearchWP Related Content is an official extension of the SearchWP ecosystem that allows you to enhance related content on any WordPress site. Developed by the same team behind the popular SearchWP search plugin, this extension leverages the content index already created by SearchWP to show relevant suggestions to visitors with minimal server overhead.

The extension is designed to work automatically: by default, it uses the keywords from your post titles to identify and display related content contextually. If you already use another related content system, SearchWP Related will likely reduce your server overhead by reusing the optimized index that SearchWP has already built, eliminating the need to maintain separate indexes or run heavy real-time queries.

Its main features include the ability to customize keywords for each post, page, or product via a dedicated metabox in the editor, as well as the option to manually pin which content should always appear as related. The extension includes an auto-append system that allows you to automatically insert the related content block at the end of your posts, or you can place it manually using a Gutenberg block, a shortcode, or even a PHP code snippet.
