PublishPress Revisions Pro is the premium WordPress plugin designed for editorial teams and websites that need precise control over their content modifications. With this tool, users can work on updates to existing posts in a safe space, without changes being published automatically. Each modification is stored as a pending revision that can be approved, rejected, or scheduled by administrators.

The plugin allows editors and contributors to make changes in the native WordPress editor, including Gutenberg and the classic editor, and submit them for review. Administrators have a revision queue screen where they can search, compare, approve, or deny each proposed change. Additionally, revisions can be scheduled to be published automatically on a future date, facilitating content update planning without manual intervention.
