Ninja Forms Zoho CRM is an official Ninja Forms extension that connects your WordPress site's forms directly to your Zoho CRM account, completely eliminating the need to manually export data or write custom integration code. It is designed for businesses, agencies, and sales teams that use Zoho CRM as their customer management hub and need every form submission to automatically become a lead, contact, or opportunity within their pipeline.

The extension allows you to send form data to six main Zoho CRM modules: Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Potentials (Opportunities), Notes, and Tasks. A single form submission can create records in multiple modules simultaneously, ensuring all relevant information reaches exactly where your team needs it. Additionally, new contacts are automatically linked to their associated account, potential, task, and note from the same submission, maintaining complete traceability of each interaction.

Field mapping is done through a visual drag-and-drop editor that requires no technical knowledge. You can assign any form field to any standard or custom Zoho CRM field, including dropdown lists, date fields, boolean fields, and custom multi-select fields, with automatic formatting included. This ensures data arrives clean and correctly structured in your CRM.

The integration also automatically triggers Zoho CRM workflows and approval processes when a form is submitted, allowing you to automate tasks such as lead assignment, internal notifications, or follow-up task creation. The connection uses secure OAuth 2.0, without the need for API keys, and supports regional endpoints for the European Union, Australia, China, and India, making it suitable for international organizations.
