The Newsletter Archive Addon is an official extension of the Newsletter ecosystem for WordPress that allows you to publish the complete archive of sent newsletters on a page of your site. If you want any visitor to be able to browse past campaigns without getting lost, this addon is the ideal solution: it enables a special shortcode that displays, within a WordPress page, the list of all sent newsletters with your site's style.

Installation is extremely simple. Just create a page like "Newsletter Archive", paste the shortcode [newsletter_archive], and publish. In a matter of minutes, you'll have a navigable and accessible archive for your subscribers and visitors. The list shows the subject of each newsletter along with its sending date, allowing users to quickly identify the editions they want to check.

When clicking on a newsletter, the full content is displayed with the subject as a heading (H2) and the body inside a frame that preserves the original email design. This approach ensures that the newsletter's appearance is not affected by the blog's or active theme's style. Alternatively, you can configure the addon to open the newsletter in a new browser tab, offering total flexibility on how content is presented to users.

The addon includes advanced shortcode attributes that expand its capabilities: you can limit the number of newsletters shown with the max parameter, filter by specific lists with list, show only automatically generated newsletters via type, customize the separator between date and title, add a section title, and define whether the newsletter opens on the same page or in a new window. You can also include an introductory text about the listing, ideal for contextualizing the archive for visitors.
