This tool is intended for hotels, small accommodations, vacation rentals, holiday homes, and property managers who use the MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin and wish to maintain fluid, timely, and professional communication with their clients without spending hours on repetitive tasks.

The add-on allows you to create scheduled conditional notifications to be sent automatically a set number of days before or after check-in and check-out. For example, you can configure an email with instructions for picking up keys, a guide on how to get to the property, information about additional services, payment reminders, review requests, or personalized welcome and farewell messages.

One of its most notable features is the ability to customize the content of each notification based on the type of accommodation booked. Using dynamic tags (macros), you can create a single email template that automatically adapts to the specific room or property the guest has booked, displaying relevant and unique information for each case.

The system allows you to choose the recipients for each notification: the client, the site administrator, or custom email addresses such as those of a housekeeper or manager. It also offers the option to send notifications manually at any time from the booking editing panel, as well as to resend already sent emails if necessary.
