Gravity Flow Form Connector Extension is a WordPress plugin designed for the automation ecosystem built around Gravity Forms and Gravity Flow. Its purpose is to connect forms to each other and to internal processes, allowing information to flow in an orderly manner through automated workflows. It is aimed at WordPress site administrators who manage multiple interconnected forms and need to coordinate data between teams, departments, or even between different servers.
The extension allows administrators to create steps at any point in the workflow that interact with other forms, whether on the same installation or on a different server. When activated, five new step types are added when creating a workflow: wait for the submission of a specific form, create a new entry in a destination form, update selected fields in a destination form with values from the current form, update fields in the current form with data from another entry, and delete entries in another form.
The main benefit is data centralization and the reduction of repetitive manual tasks. Instead of manually copying information between forms, data flows automatically from one point to another. For example, when a customer submits a request, the system can automatically create an internal task in another form, update existing records, or wait for a step to be completed before continuing the process. This is especially useful in online stores, membership sites, virtual academies, and corporate intranets where multiple forms collect information from the same customer or process.
Configuration is done directly from the WordPress dashboard, with flexible field mapping between source and destination forms. This allows you to design scalable workflows that span multiple forms without relying on rigid structures. The extension improves the traceability of each request, reduces transcription errors, and offers a clear view of how requests are managed within the site.
