GoSMTP Pro – Email Delivery Easy and Reliable

GoSMTP Pro is a WordPress plugin designed to solve one of the most common and frustrating problems on any website: email delivery. When WordPress uses the default PHP mail() function, many emails end up in the spam folder or simply never reach their destination. This plugin replaces that unreliable system with an authenticated SMTP connection, ensuring that every notification, order confirmation, or password recovery message actually reaches the recipient's inbox.

It is designed for online stores, websites with critical forms, membership sites, and any project where every email counts. Its setup is lightweight and simple: no programming knowledge is required, as you just select your preferred email provider and fill in a few fields to get everything working. The plugin integrates with the main email sending services, including Google Workspace/Gmail, Microsoft 365/Outlook, Amazon SES, Zoho Mail, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, SMTP.com, Sendinblue, SparkPost, and SendLayer, as well as allowing any custom SMTP server.

Among its most notable features is the complete email log, which keeps a record of every message sent from your site, including recipient, subject, date, and status. If an email fails, you can resend it directly from the log with a single click, even in batches. The Pro version adds open and click tracking, graphical deliverability reports, instant failure alerts, and weekly summaries delivered to your inbox. It also includes smart routing with conditional logic to send emails through different providers based on your needs, and secondary connections that act as a backup if your primary provider fails.

Additionally, GoSMTP Pro offers support for WordPress Multisite, with settings at the network or per-site level, and is fully translation-ready. Its lightweight design does not slow down your website, and the support team can even install and configure it for you if you prefer. If you rely on WordPress emails to sell, communicate, or manage bookings, GoSMTP Pro gives you the peace of mind that every message reaches where it should.
