GiveWP Funds and Designations

GiveWP Funds and Designations is an official extension of the GiveWP ecosystem, the most widely used fundraising platform for WordPress. This add-on is designed for non-profit organizations, churches, schools, mission teams, and any entity that needs to structure their donations into specific funds or categories, allowing each contribution to be linked to a concrete purpose.

The extension allows you to create an unlimited number of donation funds and assign them to one or more donation forms. Administrators can configure each form with the admin choice option, where the fund is predefined, or with the donor choice option, where the donor themselves selects the fund they wish to contribute to via a dropdown menu within the form. This flexibility is ideal for campaigns with multiple forms feeding into the same fund, or for a single form channeling donations to different programs, projects, or chapters of an organization.

Key features include the creation and management of unlimited funds, assigning multiple forms to the same fund, generating individual fundraising reports per fund and per form, and the ability to reassign donations to different funds intuitively from the admin dashboard. When the extension is activated, a default fund called "General" is automatically created, to which all existing donations are assigned, ensuring a seamless transition for sites already using GiveWP.

Individual reports per fund allow fundraising managers to clearly see where donors are making the most impact, facilitating strategic decision-making and transparent communication with sponsors. Additionally, the extension is compatible with GiveWP's Visual Donation Form Builder, allowing you to add a funds block directly into the visual donation form builder.

With GiveWP Funds and Designations, organizations can offer their donors a more personalized and meaningful donation experience, increasing engagement and trust by showing exactly where contributions are directed.
