FacetWP Hierarchy Select is an official extension of the FacetWP ecosystem that adds a new facet type for filtering content through guided and dependent selectors based on hierarchical taxonomies. It is designed for websites with nested category structures, complex directories, extensive catalogs, or any project where navigating by depth levels is essential for visitors to quickly and intuitively find what they are looking for.

The extension allows you to create a sequence of dropdown menus that represent each level of the hierarchy. For example, on a real estate site, the user can first select a country, then a region, and finally a city, seeing only the relevant options at each step.
