The EventON RSVP Events Waitlist Addon is an official extension of the EventON ecosystem that expands event attendance management in WordPress by incorporating waitlists fully integrated with the RSVP system. It is designed for event organizers, academies, consultancies, marketing teams, and any digital project that manages events with limited capacity and high demand.

When an event reaches its maximum capacity, interested parties no longer encounter a "no spots" message without an alternative. Instead, they can join a waitlist directly from the event card (eventCard), maintaining their interest and being registered in an orderly manner. The addon displays the number of people on the waitlist in real time, providing transparency and professionalism to the registration process.

One of its most valuable features is the automatic conversion from waitlist to confirmed attendee: when a guest cancels their attendance, the system automatically offers the freed spot to the next user on the waitlist, following the order of registration. This ensures that events remain at maximum capacity and that no spot goes unused.

The addon includes automatic notifications for both administrators and users on the waitlist, informing them when a spot has been offered. From the admin panel, it is possible to fully manage the waitlist: see who is on the waitlist with a special label, manually move a user from the waitlist to the attendee list (and vice versa), and send emails only to users on the waitlist from the event's emailing section.

RSVP statistics also reflect waitlist counts, allowing organizers to identify which events generate the most demand and make informed decisions about expanding capacity, opening new dates, or reinforcing specific campaigns. This turns the waitlist into a strategic demand measurement tool, not just a management mechanism.

This addon requires the main EventON plugin and the RSVP Events addon to function correctly.
