EventON Reminders Addon is an official extension of the EventON ecosystem for WordPress, designed to automate the sending of email reminders to attendees of events, appointments, and bookings. Its main purpose is to reduce no-shows and forgetfulness, keeping participants informed and engaged until the exact moment of the event.

This addon integrates natively with the EventON event calendar and its RSVP module, allowing you to configure up to two reminders before the event starts and two after it ends. From the settings panel, the administrator can define the sender name and email address, the group of guests who will receive each notification, the message subject, and the email content, which is inserted into the standard EventON email template.

One of the most notable features is the use of dynamic tags such as {event-name}, {event-link}, {rsvp-yes-count}, and {rsvp-no-count}, which allow you to personalize each message with real event and attendance confirmation data. Additionally, each reminder is scheduled using WordPress cron jobs, creating a unique task per event that runs automatically at the configured time and is removed after sending.
