Elementor Form Builder for MEC is a premium add-on developed by Webnus, the same team behind Modern Events Calendar (MEC), that allows you to create custom registration, booking, and attendance confirmation forms for events using the Elementor visual builder. It is designed for WordPress site administrators who manage events and need to go beyond MEC's default forms, offering total control over the design, fields, and user experience.

With this add-on, each form is designed directly from the Elementor editor using drag and drop. You can configure fields, labels, placeholders, and validation rules, as well as apply conditional logic to show or hide fields based on user responses. Forms are managed from a dedicated menu within MEC, centralizing all operations in one place.

Among its most notable features are the creation of unlimited forms per event, collection of custom attendee data, personalized email notifications, and the ability to map form fields directly to event data in MEC. It also includes spam protection via reCAPTCHA and anti-bot options, as well as predefined templates to speed up the launch of new forms.

The add-on requires the Pro version of Modern Events Calendar and the Elementor plugin installed and activated. Once the Form Builder content type is enabled in Elementor settings, the MEC Form Builder widget becomes available in the editor to insert into any section of the page.
