Civi - Job Board & Freelance Marketplace WordPress Theme

Civi is a modern and powerful WordPress theme designed to create complete job portals, job boards, and freelance marketplaces quickly and easily. Inspired by leading platforms like FlexJobs, Glassdoor, RemoteJobs, and WeWorkRemotely, Civi is intended for recruitment agencies, talent startups, professional service businesses, and any project that needs to publish job listings, manage candidate profiles, and monetize a job site without coding.

The theme includes more than 12 predefined homepage designs, all included in the demo content file, allowing you to launch a professional site with one click. Its advanced search system and powerful filters allow candidates to refine job offers by location, employment type, experience, and salary range. Employers can manage company profiles, post vacancies, receive applications, and communicate directly with candidates through private messaging.

Civi incorporates a complete monetization system with flexible subscription plans that allow employers to publish a certain number of job listings, feature jobs, and post in real time for a fixed fee. It also offers various payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, and Stripe, with recurring billing for posting packages.

For candidates, the theme provides resume and CV management, customizable job alerts by keywords, job type, or location, and multiple application options: internal, external, by email, or by phone, some even without needing to log in. Social login with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google facilitates new user registration.

In its most recent version, Civi adds freelance marketplace features: candidates can create services with prices, employers can purchase them, and the administrator earns income through a commission system with an integrated wallet for bank withdrawals. This functionality can be enabled or disabled according to project needs.

The theme is fully responsive, compatible with multiple languages via Polylang and Loco Translate, and includes GDPR-compliant cookie notifications. Its integration with the Elementor visual builder allows you to customize every page with drag-and-drop, and the mega menu facilitates navigation on sites with many categories. With support for video and audio interviews via Zoom, online meeting management, company ratings and reviews, and advanced analytics with panels and charts, Civi offers everything needed to build a scalable and profitable job platform.
