Bookly Invoices (Add-on)

Bookly Invoices is an official extension of the Bookly booking system for WordPress that adds a complete structured invoicing layer to your appointment-based service business. Designed for consultancies, clinics, academies, beauty salons, spas, and any professional managing online bookings, this add-on eliminates the need for parallel spreadsheets, loose documents, and manual errors by linking each appointment with its corresponding invoice.

The add-on automatically generates invoices when a booking is completed or a payment is received, although it also allows manual creation when greater control is needed. Each invoice can be customized with your business logo, tax details, configurable sequential numbering, and custom notes, ensuring a professional and consistent image across all documentation your clients receive.

Key features include exporting invoices to PDF, automatic email delivery to the client after booking or payment, and the ability to group multiple appointments into a single document, ideal for clients booking multiple services or recurring sessions. The admin panel includes a searchable invoice list filterable by date, service, staff member, or client, with clearly identified payment statuses (paid, pending, canceled).

Integration with Bookly is complete: service, price, client, and staff data already in your booking system are automatically reused in invoices, eliminating double data entry and reducing the margin for error. It is also compatible with Bookly's online payment gateways and offline payments, recording the method, amount, and transaction details in each document.

For businesses that need to maintain a clear and traceable financial record of each appointment, Bookly Invoices simplifies daily administration, improves client communication, and projects a more professional image in every business interaction.
