Appointment Booking Video Conferencing is an official MotoPress extension designed to connect the Appointment Booking plugin for WordPress with video calling platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. Its purpose is to completely eliminate the manual management of virtual meetings: when a client books an appointment online, the system automatically generates the video conference details and sends them to both the client and the host, without human intervention.

This extension is intended for businesses that offer remote services: medical consultations, coaching sessions, private lessons, mentoring, tutoring, therapy, and any type of professional care provided remotely. It is also ideal for educational institutions and training centers that need to manage virtual classes with groups of students.

Among its main features, native integration with Zoom and Google Meet stands out. When a service is configured as online, each confirmed booking automatically generates a meeting with its unique link, assigned to the corresponding host (the employee or the site administrator, depending on configuration). Clients receive meeting details by email, including the access link and meeting code, and can join from the Zoom app or from the video system integrated into the website.

The extension supports both individual appointments and group bookings. For services that allow multiple participants at the same time slot, a single shared meeting is generated for all bookings, allowing all attendees to join the same session. Hosts receive detailed information about the number of clients and bookings for each time slot.

Other capabilities include automated sending of meeting links in confirmation emails and reminders via a simple tag in email templates, meeting tracking logs with host and link information, and management of multiple hosts where each employee can connect their own Zoom or Google account to manage their bookings and sync with Google Calendar.

Configuration is simple: the Appointment Booking plugin version 2.2.0 or higher is required, along with API connection for each video conferencing platform. Once configured, the workflow is completely automatic, allowing professionals to focus on delivering their services rather than managing meetings manually.
